Bonjour je suis Christiane
Christiane specialises in teaching French to adults of any level, beginners, intermediate and advanced. On top of her specialisation, she can tutor children from 6 years old. She can also help with French exams such as GCSE, IGCSE, A-level, DELF, DALF...
Christiane holds a Master's degree in teaching. Before working with us she taught French at a US university and at a UK college. In addition to that Christiane is an examiner for GCSE and A-level French. She is a kind, patient and enthusiastic individual who likes playing table tennis, watching football, and attending art exhibitions in her free time.
She thinks a good teacher should be able to be patient, encouraging and supportive in order to make their clients feel at ease during the lessons. But equally have an interest in sharing about the culture.
In addition to French, she is fluent in English. She has learnt English at school and perfected it while living and working in the US and the UK.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my Beginner 1 French course with Anais and Co! My tutor Christiane is pleasant, thoughtful and extremely thorough in her lessons. She pays attention to the smallest details and corrects my mistakes in an encouraging and kind way. From the beginning, Anais has always been responsive and very customer-oriented in her communications. Thank you Christiane and Anais; I am looking forward to Beginner 2 with you!Read more
